1. Purpose of This Disclosure
Digital assets carry significant risks. Please read this disclosure carefully before you transact using ResmanApp. Only transact with funds you can afford to lose. Resman does not promise profits, guaranteed returns, guaranteed transaction recovery or uninterrupted service.
2. Price Volatility and Possible Loss
Digital-asset prices can rise or fall sharply within short periods. You may lose some or all of the value of your digital assets. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
3. Irreversible Transactions
Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed once submitted. Funds sent in error may not be recoverable.
4. Incorrect Addresses and Unsupported Networks
Sending assets to an incorrect wallet address, on the wrong blockchain network, or sending an unsupported asset can result in permanent loss. Always check the address, network and asset before confirming.
5. Network Congestion and Fees
Public blockchain networks can become congested, causing delays and higher network fees. Processing times are not guaranteed.
6. Cybercrime and Fraud
Scams, phishing, impersonation and hacking are common in the digital-asset sector. Resman will never ask for your password or PIN. Protect your credentials and device, and be cautious of unsolicited messages and offers of guaranteed returns.
7. Third-Party Dependency
The Services rely on third parties such as blockchain networks, banks, payment processors, card and gift-card providers, and liquidity providers. Their failures, delays or decisions may affect your transactions.
8. Liquidity Risk
Market conditions may make it difficult to buy, sell or convert a digital asset at your desired price or time, and some assets or networks may become unavailable.
9. Regulatory Uncertainty
Laws and regulations relating to digital assets are evolving in Nigeria and elsewhere. Changes may affect the availability, treatment or value of digital assets and of the Services.
10. Not a Bank, No Advice
Resman is not a bank, and digital assets are not bank deposits. Nothing in the Services is investment, tax or legal advice. Consider seeking independent advice.
